Pet cremation and aftercare for veterinary practices

We carry the part your team shouldn't have to.

Your team has looked after that family for years. When they leave, we pick it up where you left off, and we do it the way we would for our own. The arrangements, the calls, the questions in the days after, and somewhere for the family to turn when it hits them properly. Your nurses get training and resources for the part that stays with them.

BEFORE YOU HAND A FAMILY ON

What practices want to know first.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and only the first is yours.

1

You lodge the case

Portal, form or phone. Pet and owner details, service type, plus any family requests: a collar returned, extra paw prints, fur clippings.

2

We collect

Collection arranged with your clinic. The barcode is applied and signed off at your door.

3

Private cremation

One pet at a time. Barcode and staff signature verified at every stage of the process.

4

They come home

Returned to your clinic or the family, with every request honoured and nothing missed.

No pet or client details needed to enquire.

SUPPORT BEYOND THE SERVICE™

And support for the people doing the hardest part.

Euthanasia conversations are the moments your team is least trained for and most exposed to. We cannot take that out of the job, but we can stop it being something your team carries alone.

Family resource packs

Pre-euthanasia packs your team hands straight to families, covering the euthanasia and cremation process, normalising grief and where to find help. Free to your practice, with no obligation to refer to us.

Staff courses

Two short courses developed with Donna Stambulich of North Perth Psychology: Supporting Grieving Families, and Compassion Fatigue, which helps your team spot the early signs in themselves and each other.

Grief support for families

Complimentary counselling for every family we care for, so the families you refer have somewhere to go and the recovery journey does not fall back on your front desk.

Want the resources before you decide anything? Order pre-packed family resources or a waiting room display. Free, and no partnership required. We also run short courses for your team on grief support and compassion fatigue.

Before you enquire

No. There are no fees, minimums or lock-in terms. Families pay for the services they choose, and resources for your team are complimentary.

No. We fit around your existing process. Lodge cases by portal, form or phone, and we arrange collection at a time that suits your clinic.

We collect across the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions from our Neerabup facility. Get in touch to confirm coverage for your clinic.

Yes, and we encourage it. Book a facility tour and walk through the process end to end before you refer a single family.

Tell us about your clinic.

Our team will respond personally. No pet or client details are required, and there is no obligation at any point.
