Led by Owner and CEO Lee, our team members are carefully selected for their care, compassion and unique pet care skills. Being pet owners ourselves, we understand the pain and heartache that accompanies the loss of a beloved companion. Lee’s extensive experience in the industry coupled with his genuine empathy for people and animals ensures that we will never lose sight of our purpose – to deliver support beyond the service.  

 We pride ourselves for the level of care that we give to every pet. Whether it be a cuddle, a pat or a scratch under the chin, we understand that each pet is a beloved individual who is cherished dearly by their family. It is with this in mind that ensures we deliver on your expectations as a family.

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO and family owner of Passing Paws Pet Cremations, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and dignified services for pet owners during times of loss. With a profound love for animals and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care, I lead Passing Paws in offering solace and support to grieving families. Our mission is to ensure a respectful farewell to cherished animal family members, guided by empathy and a heartfelt commitment to excellence.

I am proud to work along side my teammates at Passing Paws. I have the best possible role as I am fortunate to work across all of our teams and get to support our amazing staff in providing "support beyond our service'' to every family that is counting on us in a time of need. Our role is to ensure that every family is treated with compassion and care, whilst ensuring that their beautiful pets are treated in a dignified way until they are returned home.

On losing my pet, I was unsure on the procedures of the cremation of my beloved Staffy Rio.
On contacting Passing Paws they guided me through this and provided support, comfort, and peace of mind that they would take great care of Rio. I met the owner of Passing Paws, and my personal interaction turned into an employment position as a Support Pet Care Specialist.

Mark Holden

As a new employee at passing paws, my life has been in England and the USA and I’m now in Australia, I’ve been in sales, marketing and district manager levels in my life, so working as a Transport Team Member at Passing Paws is a new experience. When you are a District Manager you are striving for results like strived in a proper manner in life, and as I always have had that head on approach, all i see at passing paws is love, all from the heart, the pets are well looked after from coming in to returning to owner, from paw prints, to nose prints, anything within reason the team will strive to do. I’m enjoying my 3 days a week I do, and I enjoy seeing the team on the days I’m there.
