Being pet owners ourselves, we understand the pain and heartache that accompanies the loss of a beloved companion. Lee’s extensive experience in the industry coupled with his genuine empathy for people and animals ensures that we will never lose sight of our purpose – to deliver support beyond the service.  

 We pride ourselves for the level of care that we give to every pet. Whether it be a cuddle, a pat or a scratch under the chin, we understand that each pet is a beloved individual who is cherished dearly by their family. It is with this in mind that ensures we deliver on your expectations as a family.

As a new employee at passing paws, my life has been in England and the USA and I’m now in Australia, I’ve been in sales, marketing and district manager levels in my life, so working as a Transport Team Member at Passing Paws is a new experience. When you are a District Manager you are striving for results like strived in a proper manner in life, and as I always have had that head on approach, all i see at passing paws is love, all from the heart, the pets are well looked after from coming in to returning to owner, from paw prints, to nose prints, anything within reason the team will strive to do. I’m enjoying my 3 days a week I do, and I enjoy seeing the team on the days I’m there.
