Our office in Neerabup is open from 8.30am-4.30pm for ash collections and pet drop offs. We run strictly by appointment so we can give every family the time they need with us.
Our Family Support Consultants are available by phone Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm to assist with your pets final arrangements and queries.
Our hours for collection are:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm.
Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 7pm.
Public Holidays, 9am – 5pm.
Please note, collections on Public Holidays, After office hours (M-F, 8:30am – 5:00pm) and Weekends do incur after hours fees.
