For your peace of mind, our PawTrack ™Pet Tracker system and continuous cctv monitoring guarantee that the ashes returned to you are those of your pet.
PawTrack™ is a system that allows us to track the status of your pet throughout every step of the cremation process.
When we receive notification from a veterinarian, an individual barcode is allocated to your pet to state that they are at the clinic and ready for collection. One of our drivers will go out and collect your pet, at which time the barcode status is updated to say that your pet has been collected and is now on the way to the crematorium.
Once back at Passing Paws the driver will update the barcode status again to say that your pet has arrived and is ready to cremate. At this time we will speak with you to go through the arrangements for the cremation. When you are ready, we will go ahead and perform the cremation.
As soon as the cremation has taken place we will scan the barcode again to indicate that your pet is now inside the crematory and going through the cremation process. The ashes are then removed and prepared to be cremulated (broken down). At this time, the tag is scanned again to indicate that your pet has now moved to the next stage for ash processing. They are then brought into our office and scanned again to indicate that we are awaiting finalisation of memorabilia e.g clay paw prints, plaques and urns. Your pet will then receive a Quality Assurance check and the bar-code will be updated to Awaiting Delivery status.
Once your pet’s ashes have been returned to you by one of our caring team members, the tag is scanned again to indicate that you have received them.
