Led by Owner and CEO Lee, our team members are carefully selected for their care, compassion and unique pet care skills. Being pet owners ourselves, we understand the pain and heartache that accompanies the loss of a beloved companion. Lee’s extensive experience in the industry coupled with his genuine empathy for people and animals ensures that we will never lose sight of our purpose – to deliver support beyond the service.
We pride ourselves for the level of care that we give to every pet. Whether it be a cuddle, a pat or a scratch under the chin, we understand that each pet is a beloved individual who is cherished dearly by their family. It is with this in mind that ensures we deliver on your expectations as a family.

I’m a passionate animal lover, i have always had pets of my own and I have also fostered many rescue animals in need. The most rewarding part of my role is speaking to the many, many beautiful families that call in and hearing about the love that they have for their own personal fur-babies and helping them create the most fitting send off for their beloved pets.

Michael Buckingham
Family Care Consultant
I have a huge passion for helping and supporting all animals, big and small, having had various animals throughout my life. I have worked for several years within Animal Welfare where I met my adorable rescue cats Jack & Nala who mean the world to me. Part of my previous roles included rehoming pets with new families when their owners have sadly passed away. I use this and my own experience gained from these experiences, to apply a compassionate, sensitive, and professional approach in helping families throughout their own grief process.
