Q – What pets can you help us with?

A – We have the ability to do all household animals, Cats, Dogs, Rabbits, Birds, Snakes, Lizards, Fish even Guinea Pigs and Chinchillas. Although currently we do not have the ability to cremate horses, this will be available very soon.

Q - What is the difference between the cremations?

A – Private Cremation – When your pet is in the Crematory alone. All of your pets ashes are returned to you.
Individual Cremation – Where 2 pets are placed in individual chambers, separated by a brick divide that ensures your pets ashes do not mix and as such all your pets ashes are returned to you.
Companion Cremation – When you pet is carefully placed into the crematory along with other friends of the animal kingdom. No ashes are returned to you but you will receive a certificate of cremation complete with a paw print stamp.

Q - How do I know if I will get my pets ashes back?

A – Our state of the art DEFRA approved Crematory, has individual chambers separated by refractory grade brick laid divide. If you choose to have an Individual or Private cremation, your pets ashes will be returned to you complete in the vessel you have selected.

Q - How is your crematory different to others?

A – Please beware of companies that offer Individual cremations in a Crematory utilising removable internal walls. This cannot guarantee your pets ashes will be kept separate. The only way to do this is to totally seal each chamber away from each other with brickwork as with our Crematory.

Q – How do I get my Veterinary to Use Passing Paws?

A – To request our service from your Vet, please fill out the contact us form and somebody will contact you and your vet to arrange this.

Q – What happens to the Companion Cremation remains?

A – Companion Cremation ashes are spread in the beautiful Neerabup area. Contact our office if you wish to be present to assist with this.

Q – Can you collect 24/7

A – Yes we have the ability to collect your pet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however additional costs are associated with this. Please contact the office to discuss further.

Q – Do I have to pay all at once?

A – Passing Paws runs a pre-pay system, which allows you to prepare for the day your companion goes to heaven. This is done over a period that is comfortable to you with as small a payment as you can afford.

Q – Can I view your facility before my pet is cremated?

A – Absolutely. We have an open door policy and would love to show you around our facility. Please contact the office to discuss.

Q – My Pet is not well, can you help?

A – Although we are not vets ourselves, we have many years experience with animals and pets. We have affiliations with all the vets within Perth and can help point you in the right direction.

Q – I am feeling heartache after the loss of my companion, can you help?

A – Do not worry, we understand how you feel. Take advantage of our empathy sessions held monthly or contact the office for further support

Q – I am worried how my children will cope after the loss of our pet?

A – Please visit kiddies corner or call the office to discuss. A good idea will be to bring the children to the empathy sessions at our office, where we can personalise each session to help you heal.

Q – What happens if I am not happy with my product?

A – There maybe times when our manufacturers may have made a mistake on our Urns or merchandise. If this is the case, we have a returns policy to suit all. Please contact the office to discuss this in more details and our friendly and professional staff will be more than happy to help.
